Zodica is operated by Beistand Tech, based in Ghana. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Beistand Tech.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zodica app and website ("Zodica", "the service"), operated by Beistand Tech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zodica. The app is not intended for children. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using email, Google, or Apple. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Entertainment & informational use only

Zodica provides astrological content for personal entertainment, reflection, and self-exploration. It is not professional advice. Readings, forecasts, compatibility scores, and chat responses must not be relied upon for medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other important decisions. Always seek a qualified professional for such matters.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features ("Zodica Plus") require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' terms. Key points:

Zodica Plus is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
The price is shown in the app before you purchase, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (or your Google Play account settings on Android).
Refunds are handled by the respective app store under its policies; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.
Prices and features may change; we will give notice where required.

6. AI-generated content

Zodica includes an AI-powered feature ("Ask Zodica") that generates responses to help improve your experience in the app. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and does not represent the views of Zodica or Beistand Tech. You are responsible for how you use it, and you should not submit sensitive personal information in chat.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
Misuse, scrape, or resell content, or circumvent usage or security controls.
Submit content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

8. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Zodica name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the birth details and content you provide.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Astrological calculations are approximate and provided without warranty of precision. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zodica and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.
